Fabric of the bed cover is coarse and slubby of a tan color. There is a four sided border of green yarn in vertical stripe pattern and yarn slubs. The center pattern is an 8 armed star with a central diamond decoration. Along the border are yarn pine trees. At the top and bottom end of the star is a row of smaller pine trees.

Remnants of a tea set found together. All pieces are blue and white Japanese patterned china. All pieces are stamped "Made in Japan" and two pieces have an English makers mark. There are three sectioned plates, three cups, three saucers and two smaller plates. This piece is a plate with 3 sections. The bottom large section has a Japanese scene of houses, trees and a fence. The top left section has a house by the water and a boat. The top right section has two exotic birds. The border is patterned blue.

This chair is part of a 4 piece set of brown wicker woven doll furniture. The set also includes another chair, a loveseat and a table.

Nautilus Shell Lamp. Bronze lily pad shaped base with twining vine stem to hold a genuine shell shade. There is a brass bead pull. The shell shade is cut out on the back side whether by design or accident is not evident. The base has raised and incised veins. Sotheby's describes this as Art Nouveau and dates it circa 1910-. A photograph of the lamp appears in a booklet of "Hand-wrought electric Lamps and Sconces" from the studio of Mrs. Elizabeth E. Burton, State Street, Santa Barbara, California. The lamp was priced at $15.00. George and Marjorie Lyon spent several weeks in Santa Barbara in 1917 after their trip to Wyoming and Hawaii. We believe the lamp was purchased at that time.

This is an Art Nouveau Gilt-bronze lily pad form inkwell. The bell form pad has a lateral hinged lid and is mounted with a toad. There are raised veins in the lily pad base. A folded leaf at the top of the hinged lid holds a pen.

This is a collection of 83 pen nibs of various sizes. Only a few appear to have been used. The cardboard box is green and cream decorated with gold roping. The inner box slides out and is filled with 83 nibs of various sizes. On the top of the box: G.Howard Hunt Pen Mfg. Co's/ Round Pointed Pens/ Camden NJ USA/ Semi Slant No. 11. On the bottom of the box: To open box please break seal/ Patented Aug 14, 1900. On sides: These pens will neither scratch nor spurt the ink. The points being rounded by a secret process. The box bottom is hinged to the top with a small metal slide.

This is a postage stamp with a picture of a bucket pouring molten steel. Text: America and Steel Growing Together/ US Postage 3c/ Steel Centennial 1957.

"Farmhouse in Vermont" is a watercolor painting by Marjorie Lyon. The scene is a gray farmhouse in a landscape of trees: one still green, some bare, some with fall color. The colors are browns, greens, orange and gray. The painting is framed in a non-collection frame of simple brown wood.

A wooden toy cart, or wagon, painted red and colorfully hand decorated. There are two large wheels mounted in the middle of the sides and they are also colorfully painted with triangular patterns. Painted wooden sticks once formed a high decorative edge. Three sticks are missing. This is believed to be from Madeira; given to Augustine by Marjorie.
