George appears to be ready to dive into the water. Black and white. Diameter 3 1/2" Fair condition; it appears to have torn from an album, Unintelligible writing on the back.Good condition. 03aMarjorie and George sitting next to each other on the grass at Blithewold. Old # 76.1897 12Group photo of George and Marjorie at Blithewold with their two foster children from England, Ian Wilson, and Robert Sproule. An unidentified man is likely Robert Sproule's father. In 1940 George and Marjorie took in the two boys. Marjorie referred to them as her "adopted" sons. "Mr + Mrs. Lyon and boys from England" is written in pencil on the back. Black and white. 3 1/4" L x5 1/2" Good condition. Old # 76.1896 13George standing on the lawn in later years. Black and white. 5" L x 3" W Fair condition, some silvering. 14Three unidentified people, a man and two women in cloche hats, photographed on the Blithewold terrace.
