This is the program for "Happiness", a comedy by J. Hartley Manners. This program consists of 30 pages plus a front and back cover. The front cover has an illustration, of possibly a stylized stage with a curtain, a marquee with the words "Hollis Street Theatre", faces of tragedy and comedy , and a sword and trumpet. A medallion on the bottom of the stage says:"Charles J. Rich, Manager." The program includes a half-page of background information on Laurrette Taylor, a list of scenes and cast members, the musical program, and an exit plan for the theatre, as well as many advertisements. |
