Index for Album 2000.1.P001, Marjorie Lyon's Album 01, 1900-1905 This box contains an album with photographs of Marjorie Lyon, George Lyon, and relatives spanning the years 1900-1905. Some are taken at Blithewold I and some in Boston. Other photographs include Marjorie at Miss Vinton's School, her trip to Cuba, the Adirondacks, and Harwichport, MA. George Lyon is featured in photographs taken in Prout's Neck, Maine, Lake Placid, New York and in Cody, Wyoming There are also several photographs of Marjorie's European tour 1903-1904. Photographs are glued onto the gray paper album pages. Some photographs have names of people written below. "M vanW" and "M vW" written below photos refers to Marjorie Van Wickle and "A vanW" or "A vW" refers to Augustine Van Wickle; "W.L.McK" refers to William McKee. Gertrude Vaughn became a regular visitor to Blithewold and was a bridesmaid at Marjorie's wedding 11 years later.
