Description |
This World War I patch is part of a collection of 56 military patches. The patch is the insignia of the "Thirty-fifth Division Missouri and Kansas Troops." The insignia consists of a blue embroidered circle with four pie-shaped pieces in the center, which is stitched onto a piece of Army green fabric, possibly part of a uniform. A fragment of a French newspaper is glued to the back of the patch. See 1976.1.0440.1 for all military patches and 1976.1.0440.56 for "THE SUNDAY HERALD, THE SYMBOLS OF OUR FIGHTING ARMIES, May 4, 1919." |
