This is a small deck of cards wrapped in brass colored paper ribbon and sealed with a stamp on the bottom. It appears to have never been unwrapped and used. The stamp is only partially legible: CANCELLED 4-1-09 U.S.P. ? CO. (stamped in black). The stamp itself is printed in blue and white and reads: U.S. / ?.R./ PLAYING CARDS/ ACTO 2 AUG 189? / ?WOUE??S |
