Description |
This is the shade to a lamp made by Tiffany Studios, New York. The shade is described by Sotheby's as green slag and favrile leaded glass. "The domed shade with geometric pattern inset with lozenge-form favrile glass bosses." The glass lozenges are of various shades of blue, green and yellow. The shade finial is made of the same bronze as the base and perforated. The peak is bent to one side. Lamps were made under the Tiffany Studios name between 1902 and 1935. |
