Dutch Delft Faience pictorial wall plaque painted with a scene of a shepherd and his flock of sheep with a farm house in the background. At the top is a molded face in a sylized design. Signed: naar [after] A. Mauve at bottom right. This plaque can be identified in the Blithewold Wooden album photographs of the dining room circa 1915. |
