Description |
Augustine's room is the most informal room in the house, furnished with miscellaneous pieces simply painted ivory, typical of a post-Victorian summer-time décor. This object is an ivory colored wooden chest of drawers with a detachable mirror on arms at top. Stands on four tapered square legs with metal wheels on bottom. Five drawers with two metal handles on left and right sides. The bottom four drawers have keyholes in the middle. The front of the chest has a wave shape to it. The top drawers has a raised relief on it. The border of the mirror has raised dot detail. |
